Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Dried mint, to taste
  • Cumin, to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, or to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the spices. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the dried mint, cumin, and any additional salt, adjusting to your taste.
