Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups walnuts
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Dried mint, to taste
- Cumin, to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the spices. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Add the dried mint, cumin, and any additional salt, adjusting to your taste.
