Ingredients:
- 1 cup red or yellow lentils, soaked overnight
- ½ cup yogurt or kefir
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup of your favorite cheese, crumbled or grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ bunch fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds (nigella seeds)
Instructions:

Prepare the Lentils: After soaking overnight, drain the lentils well. Blend them in a food processor until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended lentils, yogurt (or kefir), olive oil, cheese, eggs, baking powder, dill, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Bake: Pour the mixture into an oiled baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the sesame and black cumin seeds over the top.

Bake and Serve: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
